The short version

This site gives general information to help you visit or live in Morocco. It’s not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant, doctor, or the actual embassy. We work hard to keep things accurate, but you should still verify anything important, such as visa rules, tax obligations, or emergency numbers, independently before relying on it.

The longer version

Information, not advice. Guides covering topics like visas, residency (Carte de Séjour), business registration, or taxes describe general processes as we understand them at the time of writing. They are not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and shouldn’t be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional or the relevant Moroccan government office directly.

Things change. Prices, phone numbers, regulations, and business operating status can all change after a guide is published. Every guide shows when it was last updated. Our Essentials contacts (embassies, emergency numbers) have been checked against official sources where possible, but we still recommend confirming critical numbers, especially emergency contacts, independently, particularly if it’s been a while since the “last updated” date.

External links. Guides link to official government sites, embassy pages, and other external resources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or accuracy.

No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoroccoMag isn’t liable for losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on this site. Use your own judgment, especially for anything involving money, legal status, or safety.
