A few things this is genuinely good for:

Something’s outdated. A phone number that no longer works, a business that’s closed, a price that’s changed. This is the single most useful email you can send us.
A correction. If a guide gets something wrong, we want to know.
Press or business inquiries.

We read everything, but since we’re a small team, a direct, specific email (“the entrance fee for X museum in a guide is out of date, here’s the current price”) gets fixed faster than a general “love the site!” note. Both are welcome.
