Citizens can contact the toll-free number (0800001122) or use the portal of the Ministry www.men.gov.ma to file their complaints
The electronic service “Insat” is launched to receive complaints about the start of school year 2017-2018, announced the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and the scientific research.
This service, which is made available to all citizens, is essentially intended to receive information on anything that may hinder the smooth running of the school year and the school’s compliance with the dates set for the school year, ministry in a statement.
Citizens can file their complaints, Monday through Friday during working hours, by contacting the toll-free number 0800 00 11 22 or through the ministry’s portal (www.men.gov.ma), the same source said.
The electronic service “Insat” also allows citizens to track their complaints through a code they will receive by telephone or immediately after filling in the requested data and confirming the content of the complaint for complaints filed through the electronic portal of the ministry.
